This recipe can be made quickly to order or simply make a big batch for larger catering requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Serves: 1<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cooking time: 25 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 Fresh ear of corn<br>15g Unsalted butter<br>2g Santa Maria Chili Explosion<br>20ml <a>Santa Maria Alabama White Style BBQ Sauce \u00a0<\/a><br>10g Parmesan, grated<br>5g Corriander, chopped<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Method<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preheat your oven to 220C.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place the corn on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil and brush with melted butter and season with freshly ground Santa Maria Chili explosion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Roast for 20-25minutes, turning once halfway through, until the edges are golden and the kernels are tender and char the corn with a gas burner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drizzle corn with the Santa Maria Alabama White Style BBQ sauce and season with the chili explosion.
